We are known mostly as the OOA, around the country, and our objective is to administrate entirely the facilities around the country, with of course different programs such as the selection of whose principal director an agent (or so called our participants) would be selected for the area. This facility is extremely important and is not affiliated with no division other than the Hegismon Bureau of Investigations and the HBI HQ Office of Administration itself.
